In summer all should include youth foods like cereals, fruits, vegetables, Soya bean, chicken etc. Avoid red meat like beef, mutton. If you continue this type of diet it is sure that you can protect your youthful skin. Drink green tea regularly. Keep out touch with sugar and chocolate. Drink at least 17 glass of water in a day. In major food must include a salad or fruit combination. Exercise regularly and you should keep 1 hour daily for exercise. Play outdoor games in holidays and make muscles strong and fit. Cycling is a good exercise. You need not skip the regular exercise. Ageing, mental depression, traveling etc are the signs which showing one’s age of the skin in summer. After cleaning the face use moisturizing cream daily. You have to use exfoliating scrub twice in a week. Try to put face mark weekly. After 30 years of age, use facial once in a month. Use manicure and pedicure regularly. Before going outside must apply sunscreen lotion and decrease the black circles under the eye. Use brand make up kit with sun protection factor. Use anti wrinkling cream in intervals. Apply lip balm before lipstick. When increasing age reduce the quantity of makeup. Avoid over make up in summer season. Use hair spa once a month. Use shampoo and according to your hair.
